This semester we have been discussing several legal topics related to the general principles of how the U.S. Constitution, the courts, federal and state legislation, local and state agencies have created the current legal environment for public schools and to a lesser degree private schools.
Your Mid-term Exam will cover all these areas and will be available beginning Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at midnight. It will be due in two weeks, March 25, 2009 at midnight. It will be posted on this blog site.
The assignment will be turned in in True Outcomes. I will provide more information as the due date approaches. DEH
